Season Two (1962)

Driscoll is an old boxer who finds himself a celebrity hero when he describes an old bout of his on a Sydney television station, much to the chagrin of his former opponent (who is now a Melbourne Governor), who decides to meet Driscoll and settle the matter once and for all.

After thankfully bidding goodbye to a clinging bore on a train journey, Charles realizes after, that there was something rather strange about him which was going to leave a deep, disturbing impression.

Two planes set off from London for the United Nations in New York. On board one of them is Lord Stapleton who is going to talk to the Russians in order to try an avoid a catastrophe. Meanwhile a newspaper office in London receives a call from a man who is about to die.
